I’ve been receiving questions for some time now regarding hair vitamins and which ones are the best or should I say most favourable ones to take. So what better way to find out than doing a review. Below are my top 4 hair vitamins that I’ve taken in order of preference.
*Disclaimer*
This is not sponsored, this is my own personal experience on taking these tablets. Everyone’s body reacts differently so they may or may not work for you.
So be cautious of this before purchasing hair growth vitamins in general as some can cause body and facial hair to grow.

+ Hair grew quicker than when taking other tablets and hair got thicker.
+ Nails also grew and became stronger.
+ No spots/pimples although I did drink lots of water to not over concentrate my body with biotin, and prevent spots.
X The tablets are quite big so can be difficult to swallow.
X If I didn’t drink a lot of water throughout the day my urine matched the colour of the tablet and turn a deep yellow.
2. CURLS Blissful Lengths Liquid Vitamin

+ Improved general well-being, felt energised and cleansed when using these.
+ Saw an improvement in not only hair but my skin and nails also. My hair became thicker and not as a dry and brittle.
+ This is a good general multi-vitamin if you’re not wanting to focus on hair growth.
+ It is the cheapest vitamin (at the time I was taking them) compared to the others listed in this post, it cost around £20.
+ It is said to absorb the vitamins contained over 90% better than those in a tablet form as it goes directly into your bloodstream.
X You have to get accustomed to the taste, it reminds me of medicine although it is “berry flavoured” it doesn’t taste fruity in my opinion.
X The bottle only lasts 14 days compared to other vitamins which are a monthly supply, so although it is the cheapest if you was to use this regularly it’ll become expensive.

+ Tastes amazing, like actual sweets. If they didn’t contain vitamins I’d definitely take over the recommended two a day allowance (if it was allowed)
+ Saw some growth in hair length.
+ Helped with nail growth, they became stronger
+ No spots
X Most expensive vitamin compared to others on the market. It is around £30 For those that live in the UK it is occasionally available on Amazon. Or alternatively, you can order directly at their website however, there are shipping charges to deliver to the UK and a long waiting time to receive goods.
X Patience is key when taking these vitamins as it takes a while for results to show i.e. hair growth. Some sceptics do doubt the fact whether it actually works and that its actually your body’s natural growth rate that is causing the hair to grow.
X As they’re gummies tend to doubt whether they actually contain all the beneficial vitamins that is stated on the bottle, especially since it taste literally like sweets.
4. Hairfinity
This was one of the first vitamins that I started taking as it was the only one that was on the market when I began my hair journey in 2014/15.
+ The tablets are in a capsule form so are very easy to swallow
X Caused spots, due to the high levels of biotin contained in them. To reduce the likelihood of getting spots, drink a lot of water when taking these.
X Didn’t see much improvements in hair growth in the first month, but did after taking them for around 3months.
X Quite expensive cost around £30 per bottle, also when I first got them they weren’t being sold in local hair stores so had to purchase directly on their website so had to pay shipping fees as it is a US based company.
I have also taken Mane Choice vitamins but to me they’re literally identical to Hairfinity tablets just with a different label on them. So my review on that is too the same as the above for Hairfinity.
*if you click on the brand names of these vitamins it will take you directly to their website where you can find out more information on these vitamins and purchase if you choose to do so*
